Celebrating 100 Years of Nevada County Country Club
1. Project Overview
Nevada County Country Club (NCCC) is proud to celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2026! To commemorate this incredible milestone, we’re inviting creative minds to design a Centennial Logo that honors our rich history and bright future. This logo will be featured across our website, merchandise, event signage, social media, and more.
2. Contest Objectives
- Design a visually appealing and memorable logo marking NCCC’s 100th year.
- Capture the essence of local history, nature, and the game of golf.
- Create a versatile design suitable for multiple formats and uses.
- Engage the community and celebrate our centennial together.
3. Design Guidelines
Must Include:
- The phrase “100 Years” or “Centennial”
- A clean, simplified design — not too cluttered
- Elements inspired by:
- The historic NCCC Victorian clubhouse (simplified or iconic)
- Nevada County’s heritage
- Golf or natural surroundings
Color Palette (Use or Complement):
- Barn Red #660202

- White & Black

Style & Usability:
- Professional, modern, and timeless aesthetic
- Scalable: works in digital and print, from small merch to large banners
- Must look great in color and black-and-white
File Submission Requirements:
- Vector files: AI, EPS, SVG
- Raster files: PNG, JPG
- Submit both color and monochrome versions
4. Audience
- NCCC members & guests
- Local community & event sponsors
- Event attendees & vendors
5. Timeline
- Submissions Due: June 20, 2025
- NCCC Board will shortlist top entries
- NCCC Members will vote on final selection
6. Prize
Winning Design Receives: $500
(Plus full recognition and bragging rights as our Centennial Designer!)
